Travelling to Sunrise Beach Lodge, where there are no roads, is the most unique aspect of this accommodation. You can choose from either a 10 minute personalised boat ride down the river or helicopter charter from Cairns.
On arrival at the lodge, you will be shown to your suite were you can enjoy a complementary cheese platter and champagne on the balcony overlooking the ocean and islands.
We ensure your privacy with a maximum of 1 group staying at a time. The lodge ideally sleeps 1 couple, but comfortably sleeps 2 couples and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.
All your meals are provided by your hosts and you have the option to dine indoors in the large dining room or deck overlooking the beachfront, or outdoors on the beach - perfect for romantic encounters.

Travel to and from the lodge is fully included and is available whenever you choose to come or go.
At the end of the beach is a freshwater waterfall which runs from the pristine mountains to the ocean, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim regardless of the season.
The Frankland Islands, A short boat trip away, are un-inhabited with sandy beaches and clear blue water perfect for swimming, diving, snorkeling and enjoying lunch. Other activities include beach combing, bushwalking and estuary fishing.
