IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PASSENGERS RECEIVING ASSISTANCE TO ACCESS SUNRISE BEACH LODGE BY BOAT– All persons receiving assistance with free transport to and from Russell Heads (whether guests of Sunrise Beach Lodge, P.A. Graham/J.M. Sellwood, or their contractors or any other persons) do so at their own risk, and the owners of the boat and the owners of Sunrise Beach Lodge do not take any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury (physical, financial or other) suffered by anyone riding in this boat, whatever the cause of that loss, damage or injury

IMPORTANT CONDITION OF STAYING AT SUNRISE BEACH LODGE – It is an express condition of staying at Sunrise Beach Lodge that:

• Sunrise Beach Lodge, its owners/operators and staff/agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury (physical, financial or other) suffered by anyone staying at Sunrise Beach Lodge, including without limitation persons staying overnight and ‘day trippers’
• this disclaimer of liability includes any loss, damage or injury caused by any means whatsoever, including without limitation: falling objects (including coconuts); animals; injury from use of any facilities including water equipment, fishing equipment, sports equipment; and any other guests or users of Sunrise Beach Lodge and its facilities
• if this disclaimer is required to be amended or read down as a result of applicable law, that amendment will be to the minimum extent required to comply with applicable law and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
• by entering into a rental agreement with or partaking of a visit to Sunrise Beach Lodge you agree to all of the above provisions and terms of your stay or visit at Sunrise Beach Lodge.
